We are pleased to announce that Exclusive Maintenance and Groupe Charteau-Mirage have merged and will operate under the name Exclusive Maintenance hereafter.

All employees and Management within both entities will remain in place to deliver an experienced blend of talent that is poised for growth in the retail, commercial, industrial and institutional service market segments.

The merged Exclusive Maintenance is dedicated to delivering quality cleaning and ancillary services to over 550 commercial & retail locations across Canada. Exclusive delivers standardized, uninterrupted service from coast-to-coast.

OUR HISTORY

Founded in 1976, Entretien Charteau earned a stellar reputation for providing janitorial services to retail and large-surface locations with integrity. In 2014 the company merged with Gestion Mirage, created in 1995. The company continued to grow and innovate with new methods relating to cleaning technologies, products and equipment.

Fast forward to 2019: the merge with Exclusive Maintenance builds our collective knowledge with over 35 years of core janitorial experience. Integrating our strengths allows us not only to expand our field of expertise, but also to strengthen our commitment to deliver efficient, simple and standardized maintenance programs nationwide.
